You then sit and lay back, raise legs up then spread open like the wheel of apeacock, then you bend your knees and put both your upper side feet in front of camera, and slowly play and show feet spreading toes, both upper and plant sides. Then you close legs and get back on knees position.
Note: you need to keep constantly your sight on camera, you are following orders and you are worried to do mistakes so you watch constantly your Master in order to understand if you are doing right
